Culturati: Summit 2C23 brought together a global community of executives, investors, and scholars to explore what it means to lead in a new era of flexibility, technology, and trust. Guided by programming pillars—Leadership Reimagined, Talent in a Flexible World, and The Future of Work—this year’s Summit examined how leaders can balance empathy with performance, purpose with productivity, and innovation with humanity.
Hosted at Campus on Lake Austin with Knowledge Partners Microsoft and McKinsey & Company, the two-day experience featured dynamic keynotes and immersive workshops on AI’s role in work design, the neuroscience of leadership, employee voice, DEI, and vitality at work. From Adm.
