About
Culturati Summit 2.0 marked a new chapter for the movement—introducing new Knowledge Partners, Microsoft and McKinsey & Company, a new home at Campus on Lake Austin, and a renewed focus on bringing more research, data, and science to the art of culture building. Over two days, C-suite leaders, investors, and scholars gathered in an intimate, natural setting to explore how culture drives performance and human flourishing in an era of disruption.
The program opened with Cynt Marshall, CEO of the Dallas Mavericks, sharing her playbook for transforming culture through her “three Ls”—listen, learn, and love—and closed with David Brooks, New York Times columnist and author, on how leaders rebuild trust as the foundation for thriving organizations. Between these bookends, sessions led by experts from Microsoft, McKinsey, and other leading companies explored social capital, hybrid work, inclusion, civil discourse, talent systems, and the ethics of AI. The lakeside setting fostered deep connection and candid dialogue, while evidence-based insights provided practical tools for leading with clarity and empathy. A companion Virtual Summit in June extended these conversations globally, reinforcing Culturati’s mission to change the world through the workplace—together.
"You can have all of these big theories about community, about morality...it's the micro-relationships, the day-to-day encounters that we do." - David Brooks, best-selling author & NYT columnist
