Culturati Summit 2024 convened a powerful community of executives, investors, and scholars to examine the state of corporate culture at a time of rapid transformation. Over two days in Austin, attendees engaged in keynotes, interactive sessions, and workshops exploring how purpose-driven leadership, trust, and technology shape the future of work. The 2024 program centered on four programming pillars—AI at Work, Meeting on Purpose, & Cognitive Hospitality—each addressing how organizations can align innovation with integrity and build systems that elevate both performance and well-being.
Highlights included an opening keynote from Walter Isaacson, acclaimed author and former editor of TIME, CEO of CNN, and CEO of the Aspen Institute, who explored the genius of creativity, leadership, and culture. Other sessions examined how leaders can guide organizations through hard resets, rebuild trust at the speed of change, and design workplaces that foster engagement, equity, and belonging. From the neuroscience of hospitality to the ethics of A.I., the Summit offered a research-backed, human-centered roadmap for resilient and ethical leadership.
