Hey from MA,
This week I’ve the privilege of joining Harvard’s SHINE Summit thanks to the invitation of Executive Director Dr. Eileen McNeely. Many of you will remember Eileen from our 2020 Culturati: Summit where she shared the stage with Darren White, Kathryn Farmer, and Steven Tomlinson to close with a simple but profound question: Are your employees fine—or are they flourishing?
Here in Cambridge, that question has been at the heart of every conversation. What I’ve taken from these first two days is how deeply interconnected flourishing really is. I go into the final day of programming tomorrow with gratitude for the invitation, for the knowledge-sharing thus far, and for the clear synergy between SHINE and Culturati. We are not just exploring research but the shared responsibility to measure, design, and lead cultures where employees can actually thrive, ultimately boosting the bottom line. I look forward to sharing these learnings more fully next week.
With presence,
Myste Wylde, COO

In many of the world’s most demanding applications, success with AI depends on bringing intelligence to the edge—where safety, speed, and independence from the cloud are essential. For NXP, this is more than a technical challenge; it’s a profound transformation. The company must keep pace with rapid AI advancements, expand beyond its hardware roots, and navigate leadership transition—all while addressing cultural barriers that stand in the way of progress. In this session, NXP’s Chief People Officer, Chris Jensen, and VP of Global Talent & Organization Development, Dana Larsen, share how the company is leveraging insights and data to focus its cultural evolution. Attendees will gain a candid look at how a global technology leader is preparing its people and culture to compete in the AI era. |
